LoudHive provides free, browser-based utility tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, subject to these terms.

You agree not to:

No warranty

LoudHive expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Tool outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before reliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoudHive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed USD $10.

Intellectual property

All content on LoudHive (including tool code, design, text, and branding) is owned by LoudHive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you process through the tools. LoudHive does not claim any ownership over files, text, or data you input into or generate from the tools.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LoudHive's branding, interface, or code without explicit written permission.

DMCA & intellectual property complaints

If you believe that content on LoudHive infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized. We will respond promptly to valid notices.

Changes to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
